From this insight and interpretation we provide you with a report of recommendations for implementation and mini action plan.
Up to 100 staff – we do 10% interviews
If we can speak with all staff via surveys and interviews we don’t run focus groups. If staff are remote then they complete the survey and a combination of interviews and focus groups.
