Independent advocacy for individuals and business
A person suffering with poor mental health may feel unable to communicate their needs or understand the options available to them.
Our advocates are skilled in helping people access information and services helping them to make informed decisions, exercise their right to explore and choose the services they receive and speak out about things that matter or are affecting them.
An advocate will put forward views and opinions and make sure an individual’s rights are defended. They are helpful to employers when managing the transition back to work after a period of absence and work sensitively to ensure positive outcomes for both employers and individual staff members.
You can be assured that our team are DBS vetted, with confidentiality agreements, trained in data protection and the sharing of information.
